Sabor Peruano @ Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta!

Sabor Peruano is one of a few select restaurants that will be offering tastings at the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta! We will be at both the Reserve Tasting & Silent Auction on Friday, September 29th from 3:30 to 6:30pm at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center; and at the Grand Tasting on Saturday, September 30th from 1 - 4pm at the Santa Fe Opera. We are very excited to offer our fine Peruvian Cuisine to such a large audience; so please come join us there and and enjoy!

More about the Reserve Testing & Silent Auction:

The best wines of the week will be featured from all 100 participating wineries along with delectable tastes from nine Santa Fe restaurants. A silent auction of 75 rare wine lots will take place during the tasting to benefit Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta education programs. This is the perfect event to attend before dinner at your favorite Santa Fe restaurant.

The Gold Pass (limited to only 150 guests) gets you into the Reserve Wine Tasting a half-hour early (at 3:30pm) for an intimate and exclusive tasting with all the wineries.

You are about to enjoy tastes from 75 great Santa Fe restaurants and sips from 100 world-class wineries the Grand Tasting at the Opera in a new and more spacious layout this year. You will experience a wide-open and guest-friendly setting with more shaded tables and seating areas. And most notable is that when the doors open at 1:00 PM, you will have immediate access to the restaurants and wineries. No more waiting in the packed courtyard for the food and wine tents to open! Our E-Ticketing and high-speed scanners will provide a rapid entrance when the doors open at 1:00pm so you can begin your Grand Santa Fe Wine & Chile Culinary Adventure immediately. Doors open at 1:00pm, tasting begins at 1:00pm.
